This is a coaching marketplace — paid 1:1 work between you and a client who chose to book a session. This is notin-app chat operations, ghostwriting users' messages to matches, or anything that involves you speaking under a user's name. The product is your expertise — not your time pretending to be someone else.
What we offer
Keep 80% of every session

Vetted, not crowded
We verify every coach before listing. We won't dilute the marketplace with hundreds of unverified profiles.

Code of ethics
Every coach on MaanKiBaat agrees to these before listing. Violation = removal, no second chances.
- No romantic or sexual relationship with current or former clients — ever.
- No diagnosis or treatment of mental-health conditions; refer out to licensed clinicians where appropriate.
- Disclose any conflict of interest before accepting a session.
- Confidentiality — sessions and notes are private. We don't surveil or read coach-client conversations.
- Mandatory reporting where required by Indian law (e.g. credible threats of self-harm / harm to others).
Who we're looking for
- Licensed counsellors / psychotherapists with relationship-coaching experience
- Trained dating / relationship coaches with verifiable credentials
- Sex educators (SECRT-trained, Allyance Foundation, etc.) for relevant specialties
- Coaches specializing in breakup recovery, communication, profile/photo coaching, or Indian family dynamics around dating
