MaanKiBaat provides AI-powered emotional support and companionship through virtual characters. Our characters are AI-driven and not real people (except where explicitly stated).

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MaanKiBaat. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send threatening, harassing, or abusive messages
• Attempt to solicit explicit or sexual content
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Credits & Payments

Chat credits and premium credits are virtual currencies used within MaanKiBaat. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Subscription plans auto-refill credits monthly.

5. Content & Characters

Characters on MaanKiBaat are AI-generated personas. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. Creator characters are managed by their respective creators but powered by our AI.

7. Limitation of Liability
