We collect: name, email address (via Google OAuth or signup), chat messages, payment information (processed by Cashfree), and usage data.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the chat service and AI responses
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To detect and prevent abuse (crisis detection, content moderation)
• To improve our AI and service quality
• To send transactional emails (support tickets)

3. Chat Data

Your chat messages are stored securely and used to maintain conversation history. Messages flagged for safety (crisis detection) may be reviewed by our team.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI processing), Cashfree (payments), Resend (emails), Vercel (hosting).

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. All data is stored with Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting siya@maankibaat.com.
