Subscription payments are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you purchased a plan by mistake and haven't used any credits, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account.
Premium content subscriptions (character premium unlocks) are non-refundable as the content is immediately accessible after purchase.
If your account is suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions, remaining credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Create a support ticket from your account or email siya@maankibaat.com with your order details. We will respond within 48 hours.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
